Downtown Kansas City has been under construction for as long as I can remember (which is exactly three days in most cases).  While it’s a pain in the ass, it should be seen as a sign of growth, but unfortunately, in the past couple years it’s just become a sign of lazy maintenance.  These cones have been in place for nearly six months now.  Way to go local gubments….
